It's actually the next piece of marketing for TOTY which starts on Monday January 11, 2016. Lloyd is a comedian who stars in a EA Sports video which attempts to find the best players in Ulimate Team.

The team which you see on Lloyd's Challenge is who Lloyd has picked and more importantly, it's available as an active challenge on FIFA 16 meaning more bonus coins for you to win.
